Recommendations Know exactly what to fix next to show up in AI answers.

Rankshift reads your own visibility, citation and competitor data and turns it into a short list of things to do. Each recommendation lands on a Kanban board your team can work through, so improving your AI visibility becomes a backlog instead of a guess.

What you get

Advice built from your numbers, not from best practices

  • 01

    Tied to a real gap

Every task points back to the prompts, engines and competitors that triggered it. You can see the data behind a recommendation before you spend a day on it.

  • 02

    Ranked by impact

Tasks are ordered by how much visibility they can move, so the thing at the top of your board is the thing worth doing first.

  • 03

    A task, not a metric

Write this page, pitch this publication, join this thread, fix this section. Concrete work with an owner, not a red number on a dashboard.

  • 04

    On-page and off-page

Some gaps are on your own site, others sit on the pages AI already trusts. Recommendations cover both, using your AI citation tracking data.

  • 05

    Built for a team

Move cards across the board and keep the work visible. Every plan has unlimited seats, so clients and freelancers can join without extra cost.

  • 06

    Measured after shipping

Once a card is done, Rankshift keeps tracking the same prompts, so you see what the work actually moved instead of assuming it helped.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What are Rankshift's recommendations?

Concrete tasks Rankshift generates from your own tracking data. Instead of showing you that your visibility dropped, it tells you what to do about it: which page to write, which source to get listed in, which thread to answer.

How are recommendations generated?

They come from the prompts you track. Rankshift compares where you appear against your competitors, which sources each engine cites (see AI citation tracking), how your own pages perform, and how those numbers move over time. Gaps in that data become tasks.

What is the Action Center?

The Kanban board where your recommendations live. Cards move from Suggested through To do, In progress and Verify to Done, so AI visibility work sits in a backlog your team can actually work through.

Can my whole team work on the board?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited seats, so teammates, clients and freelancers all work on the same board without extra cost.

How do you decide which task comes first?

Each recommendation is ranked by how much visibility it can move, based on how many of your tracked prompts it touches and how often the related sources are cited. The highest impact work sits at the top of the board.

Do I see why a recommendation appeared?

Yes. Every card names the prompts, engines and competitors behind it, so you can check the data before committing time to the work.

Can I track whether a completed task worked?

Yes. Your prompts keep running after a card is marked done, so you see how visibility, citations and sentiment move for the prompts that task was meant to fix. You can also add the page you worked on to the page tracker, which follows whether its citations go up and whether AI crawlers visit it.
