Affiliate Program Terms & Guidelines
Welcome to the Rankshift Affiliate Program! We value our partners and
want to build a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial relationship.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following guidelines.
1. Paid Advertising & Brand Bidding
Affiliates may use paid advertising to promote Rankshift, but
bidding on Rankshift-branded keywords is strictly prohibited
on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms.
This includes “Rankshift”, “rankshift.ai”, misspellings, variations,
and combinations such as “Rankshift pricing” or “Rankshift alternatives”.
Affiliates must add Rankshift-branded terms as negative keywords
where applicable.
✅ Allowed
- Google Ads targeting generic keywords like “AI visibility tracking software”.
- Paid social media campaigns promoting Rankshift.
- Organic SEO articles, reviews, and comparison pages mentioning Rankshift.
❌ Not allowed
- Google Ads bidding on “Rankshift” or “Rankshift pricing”.
- Targeting misspellings or variations of the Rankshift brand.
- Using paid search ads to capture traffic specifically searching for Rankshift.
2. Honest & Transparent Promotion
Affiliates must accurately represent Rankshift and clearly disclose
their affiliate relationship where required by applicable law.
✅ Allowed
- Honest reviews and comparisons.
- Sharing personal experiences with Rankshift.
- Using publicly available product information and approved marketing materials.
❌ Not allowed
- Making false or misleading claims about Rankshift.
- Impersonating Rankshift or presenting yourself as an official representative.
- Creating websites, social media profiles, or advertisements that could be mistaken for official Rankshift channels.
3. Spam & Unsolicited Promotion
All affiliate promotions must comply with applicable marketing,
privacy, and anti-spam laws.
✅ Allowed
- Promoting Rankshift to your own audience through newsletters, blogs, and social media.
- Sharing affiliate links in relevant discussions where permitted and disclosed.
❌ Not allowed
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages.
- Posting affiliate links repeatedly in unrelated discussions.
- Using bots, fake accounts, or deceptive traffic-generation methods.
4. Discounts & Promotional Offers
Affiliates may only advertise discounts or promotions officially
authorized by Rankshift.
✅ Allowed
- Sharing active, officially approved discount codes.
- Promoting Rankshift’s publicly available pricing and offers.
❌ Not allowed
- Inventing discount codes or advertising nonexistent offers.
- Claiming exclusive discounts without authorization.
- Advertising expired or unauthorized promotions.
5. Self-Referrals & Tracking Manipulation
Affiliate commissions are intended to reward genuine new customers
referred to Rankshift.
✅ Allowed
- Referring genuine new customers through your affiliate link.
- Earning commissions on eligible purchases attributed to your referrals.
❌ Not allowed
- Using your own affiliate link to purchase Rankshift for yourself or your own organization.
- Creating fake accounts or transactions to generate commissions.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden tracking, or other methods designed to manipulate referrals.
- Offering cashback or sharing commissions with customers without prior approval.
6. Commissions & Policy Violations
Commissions are subject to the eligibility, attribution, and payout
conditions communicated through our affiliate program.
Rankshift reserves the right to review referrals and commissions,
reject commissions resulting from prohibited activities, and suspend
or terminate affiliate accounts for violations of these guidelines.
Where appropriate, affiliates will be notified and given an
opportunity to resolve violations.
Rankshift may update these guidelines from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated to existing affiliates
before taking effect.
