11. Rankshift GEO Analytics in AI assistants

When you use Rankshift GEO Analytics through ChatGPT, Codex, or another connected assistant, Rankshift BV processes your request as part of providing your Rankshift service. The assistant sends Rankshift the selected analytics request and filters. Rankshift verifies your authorization, checks which projects you can access, and returns relevant analytics from those projects.

Requests may include project identifiers, date ranges, tracked terms, prompt or source filters, and other details you ask the assistant to use. Results may include analytics and, when requested, related prompt text, source URLs, or article excerpts. The integration does not request your full conversation history.

The connected AI assistant provider processes the conversation and the tool request and results under its own privacy terms. Rankshift also uses security, logging, and analytics providers to operate the service.

Rankshift retains request logs for up to 1 year, account and analytics records for for up to 1 year unless the account deletion is requested, and backups for 2 years. OAuth tokens are stored up to 3 months before automatic deletion.

You can manage access through your Rankshift project permissions and disconnect the integration in your assistant. For requests to access, correct, or delete personal data held by Rankshift, use the functionality in your account or contact us.
